At Mountain Honey, we take great care in ensuring that our natural honey reaches you in the best possible condition. We charge a nominal shipping fee which will be calculated at the time of checkout. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our natural honey and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges for our natural honey products due to their perishable nature.
